Some TLB Cloud products require API access to third-party platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to access and modify data in those systems.
Automated detection and processing features have limitations and may produce incomplete or incorrect results. You are responsible for reviewing results before confirming any action.
Protect your credentials, passwords, authentication keys, MFA methods, and recovery codes. Do not share account access with others.
For SMS-based authentication: messages cover authentication and security only, never marketing. Frequency corresponds to your activity. Carrier charges may apply. Text STOP to discontinue; HELP for support.
The service operates on an as-is basis. Updates and maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
TLB Cloud's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We disclaim responsibility for indirect or consequential damages, excluding gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
TLB Cloud processes your data as your processor for the purposes of delivering our services. Sub-processors: Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Twilio, Stripe, Inngest, Cloudflare (all US-based). Data breach notification within 72 hours. Deleted data removed within 30 days.
South Dakota state law governs these terms. Disputes resolve in Pennington County courts.
