These Billing Terms incorporate into and are governed by the Terms of Service.
Pricing for each TLB Cloud product is listed at the time of purchase. Fees are determined by the product and engagement type.
Engagement fees are non-refundable once paid.
Service-generated data persists for 90 days after your last active period. Active subscribers reset this window each billing cycle. After 90 days of inactivity, data is permanently and irrecoverably removed. We will provide advance notice before deletion occurs.
Where available, services can continue on a month-to-month basis. Cancellation is available at any time. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
Failed payments trigger a 14-day grace period to update your payment method. Non-resolution results in account suspension, followed by a 30-day collection period. Unresolved balances may be referred to collections.
Applicable sales taxes are added per jurisdictional requirements.
